Coder Code Server is an open-source project that enables you to run Visual Studio Code (VS Code) on a remote machine, such as a desktop PC or virtual server. It serves a web-based version of VS Code that you can access from any browser via a URL, allowing remote development without needing an SSH connection. Unlike the official VS Code Server used by vscode.dev for Remote Tunnels, code-server is developed by Coder and operates independently, providing similar capabilities through a self-hosted solution.

Dans le conteneur ou la VM concernés. Exécutez cette commande dans le shell du nœud Proxmox, pas dans une VM. Lisez le script d'abord.

Tutoriel pas à pas

De l'interface de Proxmox jusqu'à la première connexion, pour Coder Code Server.

  1. Repérez la machine qui doit recevoir ce complément. Il se lance dans : le shell du nœud Proxmox, une machine virtuelle, un conteneur.

  2. Ouvrez la console de cette machine dans Proxmox (ou le shell du nœud si la fiche l'indique).

  3. Copiez cette commande, collez-la et appuyez sur Entrée.

  4. Répondez aux questions du script et attendez la fin de l'installation.

  5. Ouvrez http://ADRESSE-IP:8680 dans votre navigateur, en remplaçant ADRESSE-IP par l'adresse de la machine.
